Refund policy
At Arcane Qinfolk, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Simply put, if you're not satisfied, neither are we. Below you will find our returns and refund policy, designed to assist you in case you are not completely happy with your purchase.
RETURN
You have the right to return items within 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Contact our customer service at customersupport@arcaneqinfolk.com to arrange your return. Please ensure to mention your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE
We offer returns on full price items that meet the conditions outlined below.
- Has not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED
- Remains in original packaging with all tags attached
- For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on undergarments and face masks

Unfortunately, We can not accept returns on items bought on SALES, PROMO CODES or GIFT CARDS.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, We will contact you to discuss your options.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING RETURNS
We demand that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a 'signed for' delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
We will not refund the cost of shipping fees on your original order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We are not responsible for the damage or lose of any items during transit back to AQ warehouse. Please note, we will not be held responsible for any taxes/duties on returned items.
