FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping above €100,- in the Netherlands.
DELIVERY
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
The average arrival time is 1-2 working days within the Netherlands, 3-5 working days in the EU and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. An order can, however, on a very rare occasion, take slightly longer, but is mainly dependent on your location and postal service. Should your order take longer than 10 working days to arrive please contact us and our support team will resolve the issue for you.
NOTE: Our business days are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, or after 12pm CET, the order will be processed on the next business day.
International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or taxes upon arrival to you. ARCANE QINFOLK is not responsible for or in control of these charges. Please contact your local customs or post office for more information about your region.
LOST MAIL & INCORRECT INFORMATION
If you’ve made an order with an incorrect address or missing apartment number, please contact us immediately to resolve your issue as soon as possible and before your order ships. If we are not able to make the change in time, we are not responsible for the incorrect information you provided.
We are also not responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen mail. We ship out orders efficiently and provide you with a tracking number, once your order has shipped it is no longer in our hands. If you have received the wrong size, incorrect item or a damaged item in your package, contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
PRE-ORDER
If an item is listed as a pre-order, it will ship out once it is restocked. You will get an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.
Return policy
At Arcane Qinfolk, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Simply put, if you're not satisfied, neither are we. Below you will find our returns and refund policy, designed to assist you in case you are not completely happy with your purchase.
RETURN
You have the right to return items within 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Contact our customer service at customersupport@arcaneqinfolk.com to arrange your return. Please ensure to mention your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, We will contact you to discuss your options.
SHIPPING RETURNS
We demand that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a 'signed for' delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
We will not refund the cost of shipping fees on your original order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We are not responsible for the damage or lose of any items during transit back to AQ warehouse. Please note, we will not be held responsible for any taxes/duties on returned items.
